All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind, scent preference, size preference, or similar reasons. When you complete checkout, you agree that your purchase cannot be returned.

Why
We are a small, kid-owned, family-run business in Blue Grass, Iowa. Products are handmade or garden-grown in small batches. An all-sales-final policy keeps our costs and waste down so we can keep making what we make.
Please order carefully
Please read product titles, descriptions, scent notes, quantities, and seed details carefully before you buy. If something is unclear, email us before ordering. We are happy to answer questions.
No return address
We do not publish a return shipping address and we do not have a returns process for customers. Please do not ship products back to us unless we specifically ask you to after a fulfillment-error review.
Fulfillment errors are different
If we shipped the wrong item, your order arrived damaged in transit, or your order never arrives, that is our problem to fix. Contact us within 14 days of delivery (or the expected delivery date if nothing arrives) at hello@oofaluffa.com.
Include your order number, a short description of the issue, and photos when helpful. We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate. Do not ship the item back unless we ask you to.
Seeds
Garden results depend on soil, weather, timing, and care. We do not guarantee germination or a successful harvest. Seed sales are final under the same all-sales-final policy.
