Products
Many of our products are handmade or garden-grown. Natural variation in color, size, scent intensity, and texture is expected and is not a defect.
Prices, product availability, and descriptions may change without notice. We may correct errors on the site at any time.
Product photos are real photos from our garden and workshop when available, but finished items can still vary from what you see on screen.
Orders & payment
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept that offer when we send an order confirmation email. Payment is collected at checkout through our payment providers.
We may decline or cancel an order if a product is unavailable, pricing is incorrect, or we suspect fraud or misuse.
ALL SALES FINAL
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges except as described for fulfillment errors on our No Returns page. Please order carefully.
Shipping
Shipping is within the United States unless we state otherwise. Timing, carriers, local pickup, and shipping-charge rules are described on our Shipping page.
Seeds
We do not guarantee germination or garden results. Growing success depends on conditions outside our control.
